Hi,
My church which is located at 3600 Esters Road Irving Texas 75062 use to have Verizon DSL very slow connection. This is at the intersection of Northgate and Esters. There is for a fact am ATT U-verse fiber right outside our building but ATT will not service us. Frontier has taken over Verizon and it seems that the line to the building is literally sitting an a pool of water which is causing major disconnects. Frontier will not break fix this and so far will not run a new line to provide us high speed service. All other ISP will not service this zip code.
Can anyone on this forum offer any advise as to how and who I can speak to at Frontier and or ATT to get our building in the 21st century with high speed internet service?
