My Quantum router updated overnight to firmware version 01.04.00.10-FTR with UI version 1.0.210. The Verizon logo is gone, replaced with the Frontier logo. I haven't found anything different, although the look (logos and fonts, etc.) is slightly different.
It only took a year and 12 days...
