Ok so I'm feeling fed up! Every single install I've helped people with the last two years in this specific exchange has gone horribly awry. I realize Frontier is federally funded shouldn't they by law have to come through? These guys have even sent reps door to door signing people up for fios which is laughable because they can't do that here! And then when you call customer service to even get a slow dsl package it turns into a fiasco and techs come out bumbling around before they come to the conclusion they cannot in fact provide service! What can I do? Thanks for your guys' help I don't mean to sound a troll I'm jus beyond frustrated.
