Anyone have any idea if Frontier CT is doing something similar? Neighbors kids are kvetching about their speeds (18mbps), but for some reason aren't inclined to switch to the local cable concern (Atlantic BB).
East Lyme/Niantic area, north of Flanders - interestingly, some of the Uverse boxes are apparently lawn ornaments around here. I pass 3 or 4 of them daily that don't appear to be lit up.
