Oh my god... I sit back and laugh at some of the comments I see on here about Frontier screwing this up or screwing that up..... I am living this hell myself now. What should've started out as a simple request has turned into a week of "oh my god." Last week I attempted to order/upgrade my standard multi-room dvr to enhanced dvr. Seems like a really simple request right? Wrong....... When I attempted this through the chat session I was told I needed to replace all of my home equipment. Apparently the enhanced DVR doesn't work with my other cable boxes. No problem. At the end of the session I was told that I would be charged $30 on top of what I am paying now. This didn't sound right because a month ago I was told it would be about a $10 up charge. So I politely said I wasn't interested and I appreciate all the information provided. The next day I decided call call in because the $30 up charge didn't should right. When I spoke with a guy on the phone he did confirm that all of the boxes will need to be upgraded but the additional cost is only $10. He said the person who previously quoted must not have removed the "old" boxes from the quote (which would have had me at four additional boxes instead of 2). I confirmed that the up charge would only be $10 and the guy processed the order. I was told I should have the boxes by last Saturday or the past Monday. Monday rolls around and I never received anything. I reached out to chat who told me they would arrive Tuesday because he tracked with the tracking number. Wednesday rolls around and all that I receive the the return packaging for the old equipment. No new boxes So today I decided to strike up a chat conversation with an "Adrian.". When I chatted with Adrian I was told that the boxes were never ordered. I asked how did I get return packaging without an order being placed. Seems strange to me but who knows. So she start "research" and confirms the boxes where never ordered. When she started the order I asked her if she is also ordering the other boxes on my account. She was like "what?" I have no idea about that..... I just politely said thank you but don't order anything for me on my account. These people really have no freaking clue. None.....
