Wrong promo price on new account not fixable?

I'm 10 days into my relationship with Frontier Fios. Unfortunately, wrong promo was placed on my account. I should get the Q1 promotion, which totals $90 for the services I have, not $213, which is the Q4 promo. Everyone I've spoke with seems to think that once the account is established, they cannot change the promo which my account is based on. Is that true? Front-Direct is no help. They said that Billing Escalation looked into the issue and claimed I'm not eligible for the Q1 promotion, which is what I signed up for in the first place! Retention/Save department claims that I'm not under contract and can cancel anytime but I would not be considered a new customer until 6 months later. So do I have to switch to TWC for 6 months and then switch back to Frontier? It seems kinda of silly to me!
