[TV] Difficulty fixing new account issues

After hours on the phone and contact with customer service and tech support I was able to slowly get my TV service fixed from being on the TV custom sports package, to now being on the correct TV custom essentials package. However, to get the DVR service added it has taken much longer and I've been handed off between multiple people to get this fixed. It should take 5 minutes. I'm still on hold and my dvr service isn't active and I was also informed my first bill is 70 dollars higher than expected, the standard $95 bill is now $165? For fees? This process is too cumbersome for a customer, and for the business. It takes too long and my account is still now completely corrected to the straightforward agreement I had with the initial sales agent. I want my account fixed to have the custom tv essentials, 150/150 internet, and the 3 room dvr. I also want my correct account number which 3 people have yet to figure out.
